🔬 MUSE’s research
AAt the heart of the exhibition are the results of MUSE’s scientific research at high altitudes and in relation to the cryosphere: through texts, equipment, artefacts and multimedia content, you will learn about the methods, the technologies and the results of glaciological, biological and ecological studies carried out in the area.
🏔️ The glaciers’ legacy
Glaciers are a testament of our history. Glaciers can be envisioned as vast archives where each layer of ice is like a page in a book, recounting stories of the past—of human activities and natural phenomena. The retreat of glaciers represents more than a physical loss; it is a profound erasure of the Earth’s historical memory.
The exhibition encourages visitors to consider the deeper meaning behind this change: the loss of glaciers can become an impetus to rethink our role on the planet and the relationship between humans and non-humans.
